Meeting the locals, we found the Cubans to be very welcoming and engaging. And the music!2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be prepared for long days of travel, but rewarding to see so much of this beautiful country3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Yes, staying in local casas was one of the more interesting parts of the trip4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Meeting the people and experiencing what appeared to be going back in time, American and Russian cars of the 1960s, food ration books and rationing of the same period as in Eastern Europe.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Take Euros and learn as much Spanish as you can3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Supported the families in the homes where we stayed and in the local restaurants.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Everything. Great group, fantastic leader, lovely country, pleasant people, music and salsa.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be relaxed about the food shortages, the queuing, the electricity cuts and the sometimes roundabout way people go about things. Enjoy the friendly people, the beautiful countryside, the lovely casas, the good food and the music and dance.3. Would recommend this tour operator. First class guide, good buses, well organised, great mix of people and visited some lovely towns.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Take the lightest of clothing as its very hot and good comfortable walking shoes. If you see something you want to buy - buy it as you might not see it again don't just stay in Havana, see as much as you can; Baracoa, Trinidad is a must see3. Yes, the casa's were great, lovely breakfasts were served, many shopped in local markets for handmade goods.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
