Nicole is a fantastic teacher, each practice was carefully thought out and aimed perfectly for the group. The food at the hotel was excellent and all mealtimes were very relaxing and informal, mostly spent chatting with our fellow travellers.

Perfect! This was an excellent holiday in every way. Marina and Gianluca were excellent hosts and made us feel very much at home in this beautiful setting. They have planned a varied and interesting programme so that cooking sessions are interspersed with enjoyable visits and activities but there is also plenty of time to relax and spend time in their garden and beautiful pool. I think the way the island deals with the wildlife is excellent. The boats are not allowed out in overwhelming numbers and keep a safe and respectful distance from the animals. The marine biologists are very knowledgeable and I think it gave the travellers a great respect for the sea and the wildlife. 10/10 it was fantastic! (more)freya woods
