Waking up on the first morning and seeing a volcano outside the window. Rio Dulce area and the journey down the gorge to the Carribbean. We visited local artisans, coffee co-operatives, and a local Mayan community in Tikal. Some of the activities were 100% eco-tourism that directly supported efforts to preserve forests etc... Probably one of the most memorable holidays we have done. (more)Phil Todd

Snorkelling with manatees, sharks and a turtle was pretty special but, in fact, every day on this trip was extraordinary... from volcanoes to markets, Mayan ruins to swimming in hot springs, eating at a Mexican family's home and taking a riverboat trip. Fantastic. (more)Jennie Walmsley

Snorkelling in Caye Caulker, Belize, was an amazing experience! The most memorable part was seeing the inside of a volcano at night and the lava bubbling away or running (mostly walking) down the side of another volcano or zip lining through the Costa Rican jungle. (more)Jacquie Radford
