Avoid Indian Pacific until they get off-train excursions sorted out. Avoid Echoes hotel in Katoomba.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

We hope you made some wonderful memories to take home with you. The issues raised at Echoes hotel have all been reported back to the supplier and directly to the hotel, we do hope that this did not distract too much from the overall enjoyment of your trip. We cannot comment on the Indian Pacific as we did not book this service for you, but again we do hope you had some good times whilst travelling on such an epic rail journey across Australia.
