Memorable parts?
It's almost impossible to pick one thing. The range and variety of experiences were fantastic. Perhaps the thing that will stick most vividly in my memory was
the time spent at the fishing village of Kayar.
Tips?
Be prepared for a lot or road travel and also several quite long ocean trips in a speedboat:- take lots of anti-seasick medicine if you are susceptible and if you

Memorable parts?
West Africa is very different from the other parts of Africa that I have visited.
It was very interesting to see this completely different culture.
Most memorable, but not in a good way - definitely the hotels which which were by far the most awful that I have ever stayed in.
Tips?
Make sure that you get a full and un-sanitised itinerary.
