The temples are amazing and the Cambodian people so friendly. The itinerary was well balanced with an enjoyable relaxing boat trip to Battambang after a busy few days exploring the Angkor.

Tips?
There are a lot of early starts and a decent level of fitness is required for the EVP and jungle trips. Anti malarial's may make you feel unwell so drink lots

The bike ride to the little villages was my most fun experience and to see how they make rice wine, rice paper, bamboo sticky rice, etc. Also really enjoyed the

Excellent! Cambodia is a great place to visit and we were looked after with great care and attention - and had lots of laughs.
Our guide was particularly keen to emphasise the use of local expertise and the emphasis on supporting environmental projects.

I loved going out onto the lake, Tonle Sap, and seeing the fishing communities in their floating villages, and also the cooking course I did in Siem Reap, which included shopping for our ingredients with the chef in the local market. (more)Sally Godden

This trip is full of experiences. For Vietnam: overnight on a boat in Halong Bay, scooter and bike rides through villages, War Remnants Museum, Cu Chi
Tunnels, overnight train ride. For Cambodia: Killing Fields, Genocide Museum, bamboo "train".
Tips?
Read all the trip notes beforehand. This trip is intense, so get rested up beforehand and be prepared to keep going when you get there.

Memorable parts?
It was all brilliant. The agents at the operator did a fabulous job from ensuring a suitable person met us at all train stations / airports to picking the most fabulous hotels. We felt well looked after and therefore in a great frame of mind to go out exploring.
Tips?
Don’t have arranged excursions for every day - you will be exhausted. We only had 4 guide led days in our 22 day holiday’ they were all worthwhile and fascinating and diverse but if you had that ... (more)Caroline Young
