Make sure that you are prepared for the walking. Your fitness has to be good.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
Not sure how it did this apart from the use of trains which were great.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?

Take walking poles, good walking boots and a hat. Walk at your own pace. No need to rush. Enjoy the scenery.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
