This is a superb way of finding out about Vietnamese food, from street stalls to fine dining and much in between.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Be prepared to try everything food wise! Do a bit of homework on your free time. Our guide was very helpful with suggestions and help but there will be other options.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Definitely local benefit with a focus on local communities but less obvious benefits on conservation or environmental impact. This link would need to be more explicit.4. Finally, how would you rate your holiday overall?
