Hopefully it contributed to local tourism. We used buses to/from Dublin but flying to Dublin was our only option this time, unfortunately

Memorable parts?
The wonderful coastal and mountain scenery of counties Cork and Kerry, and the traditional music in the pubs. Friendliness of both locals and other tourists.
Tips?
The location of the accommodation determines where you'll be staying each evening. However, any guide-book will be suggesting lots of itinerary possibilities and you could end up wanting to go everywhere and see everything. Excellent..Using trains to go long distance. We do not live where train travel is available so the trains were exciting. We were able to see countryside and meet local people.

Memorable parts?
There were few "off the beaten track" activities such as : exploring Aran with a local guide, wild flowers discovery in the Burren and a presentation about
seaweeds.
Tips?
Be prepared for the changing weather! If you haven't visited Dublin worth arriving in advance or stay couple of days at the end of the tour.
