Hi Carla, It is great to see that you gave this trip 4 stars and enjoyed your time cycling in Albania. We are sorry to read that you didn't feel the holiday benefitted local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation. We work with an Albanian company that employs locals, the staff (Tour Leader and driver) on tour are Albanian nationals and we try wherever possible to use locally-owned accommodation and transport; and we plan to eat and
drink in Albanian owned bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Best regards
