1. What was the most memorable or exciting part of your holiday?
The last day when we travelled an hour or so to a start a walk above Le Lac du Serra-Poncon. We went high into remote snow fields. Fabulous views. Awesome2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Make sure you are fit and have done a fair amount of walking in the hills. I'm not sure this is a trip for beginners though if you are a skier I guess you would adapt quite quickly3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

Don't under estimate the effort involved and even though the alternative accommodation is cheaper you do feel a little out of the action3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?

The scenery of the Alps, the conviviality of the guides, the charm of the accommodations, the friendliness of the other participants.2. What tips would you give other travellers booking this holiday?
Dress in layers; don't underestimate the warmth of the sun in winter; make sure you have a light weight layer - something suitable for hiking in late summer or fall.3. Did you feel that your holiday benefited local people, reduced environmental impacts or supported conservation?
